테크리더의 북인사이트(Book Insight) :: 새로운 세상을 여는

2009년 여름과 2010년 봄에 서울시데이터센터에서 웹 접근성에 관한 강의를 하면서 웹 표준과 웹접근성에 대한 스터디를 하게 되었고 그 결과로 만들어진 논문이다. 아울러 유니버설 디자인과도 접목하여 웹사이트의 개발 및 디자인 전략을 도출해보았다.

작년에 썼던 프로토타이핑 관련 논문을 웹디자인의 관점에서 새로운 아이디어를 도출해 낸 논문이다. 전반적인 윤곽은 기존 논문과 유사하지만 웹디자인에 포커스를 맞추었고 그동안 발표되어 왔던 웹사이트 프로토타이핑 관련 개발방법론을 비교분석한 최초의 논문이라고 할 수 있다.

2008년에 3번째로 발표한 논문이다.
RIA에 관심을 갖기 시작하면서 디자인 측면에 대해 정리해 보고자 작성하기 시작했는데 논문집에 발표까지 하게 되었다. 웹2.0 트렌드가 확산되면서 개발 측면 뿐만 아니라 디자인 측면에도 상당히 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 특히 RIA로 인한 변화는 인터넷을 쓰면 쓸수록 체험할 수 있는 부분인 듯 싶다.

저녁 8시 넘어서 휴대폰을 두고 떡볶기를 사러 나간 사이에 휴대폰 부재중 전화가 4통이나 와있길래 전화했더니 택배라고 하면서 지금이라도 가겠다고 통화를 했다. 도착한 택배가 이 논문집이었는데 포장도 다 뜯어진 상태에서 논문집 구탱이도 약간 찢어져 있고,,, 썩 기분이 좋진 않았으나 그래도 몇일 기다렸던 논문이 도착했으니 참아야지...;;;

Abstract

 The Web 2.0 means a change in web environment, not a new skill. As the web develops, information system and software application environment will be totally changed. With this change requires a new design plan in the internet environment.
  UCC and SNS have been based on Web 2.0 with the characteristics of 'openness', 'voluntary participating' and 'sharing information'. RIA is a combined technology of existing web GUI application with HTML and wide web-based accessibility, which plays a key application role in Web 2.0.
  This study analysis is based on the visual part of web interface as and instrument for information delivery to improve information access for users in the web 2.0 environment. Also the purposes of this study reflects the features of Web 2.0 Design and analysis of RIA based website and the famous UCC, SNS websites of the world.
  This study derives Web Usability, Universal Design, Experience Design, Information Architecture, Web Navigation, Virtual Reality Design, Digital Storytelling, Customization Design as features of Web2.0 Design. It is considered an effective web design that satisfies the users in the web 2.0 environment focused on RIA technology, UCC and SNS business service, and presents a web design that contains the fundamental notions of the web 2.0.

Abstract

Design activity role has expanded from its original beginnings and its function  influences strategy and planning from overall production to product. The role of design is important, but with the developments of the information age also came the expansion of the practice of illegal copying, reproduction, joint ownership, and the imitation had grown.
This studies approach importance of design in business management in the side of design management and design rights protection.
Design is protected by design protection law and copyright law but we needs the unification methodology for manage the design right.
I suggest the founding of a 'Design Rights Protection Committee' to enact 'Design Rights Protection Law'.  The Committee would function to regulate design domain creation, design protection requisites, registration processes, and continuance periods.
The purpose of this study is to research about how to protect design rights and execute design management. The development of a committee that would develop laws that would assign Intellectual Property Protection to design would be significant in the industry.
